Tupperware

On top of providing a top-selling idea to the world that helps reduce food waste and keep food fresh, Tupperware company helped play a big part in elevating women in the economic force and giving them more independence. Brownie Wise joined Earl Tupper to make this business a larger success in the 1950s and helped bring numerous women into the sales force; teaching them about door-to-door sales and spreading this useful product through word of mouth. This is actually where the idea of Tupperware parties comes from. This helped many women gain independence financially and elevate many families economically after the great depression.

As of the early 200's they also offer kitchen gadgets and even a kid's shop with various snacking utensils and thermal bottles in fun designs, colors, and characters from Disney movies.
Their long history, quality products, and values as a company have helped support its growth. In 2020 they partnered with the National Park Foundation and matched up to 2.2 million dollars to help reduce global waste and support sustainability and wildlife. On top of this generous donation, their "Do Good" initiative has helped to build various water refilling stations and support recycling infrastructure across the globe.
Tupperware's Compensatin Plan Type is Unilevel
In the unilevel plan, which is used by Tupperware, all directly sponsored members who are recruited by the Tupperware independent consultant are placed under him/her into a single business level. Additional levels are then created as those sponsored members build teams.
The uni-level compensation plan typically will payout on several levels below the consultant, depending on his/her rank.
For example, new Tupperware consultants who are just starting out may only earn commission on the sales volume of their directly sponsored team members or level one. Once they achieve a higher career rank, they may earn commission on levels below their directly sponsored team members. Future rank advancements may include additional levels of commissions earned farther down their sponsor tree.
