Nu Skin
Welcome to the world's most sustainable skincare and nutrition brand. Utilizing powerful vitamins such as magnesium, Vitamin B, iron, fish oil, and more.
Nuskin was founded in 1984 out of Utah and still continues to thrive in 2022. Since then, they have expanded into a large Asian market and other international markets. They have made over 2 billion in sales and work from a Unilevel company plan. Although they primarily started out in the skincare business, they now offer complete lines of nutritional supplements as well.
One of their driving factors of success is how they have always supported building a sustainable brand through reusable materials, giving back to the community, and utilizing zero GMOs in their products. They rely on reducing their packaging and focusing their quality on the product itself.
Since its start, NuSkin has now expanded into products designed for heart health, weight management, brain and memory performance, immunity protection, and more. Of course, they also offer tons of skincare products and beauty devices to pair.
Nuskin has a few research centers that were developed to only provide products with the highest quality of standards and the safest third-party lab testing. Especially since growing into the markets that help design devices to target wellness.
Since the birth of their business, Nuskin's product lines have expanded into various industries within the beauty and health world.
They offer numerous supplements and oils to help your skin heal and thrive, including creams, lotions, makeup, and powders for various skin ailments, including aging, wrinkles, and acne. Their new beauty line also offers accessories to pair, including natural exfoliating brushes, cleansing sponges, and more.
Their focus on being sustainable and eco-conscious has helped them expand their market as well as many people are choosing to only utilize environmentally friendly beauty companies. Especially when it comes to makeup.
While beauty products got them their start and are their primary market, they have since expanded into brain health, heart health, and nutrition for skin, hair, and nails. Their serums are organic and help with a variety of issues including wrinkles, acne, and dry skin. They make numerous lines for women, men, and even kids.
Their success has recently launched them into creating product lines for oral care management as well such as all-natural toothpaste, anti-bacterial mouthwashes, and bamboo toothbrushes.
Nu Skin's Compensatin Plan Type is Unilevel
In the unilevel plan, which is used by Nu Skin, all directly sponsored members who are recruited by the Nu Skin independent distributor are placed under him/her into a single business level. Additional levels are then created as those sponsored members build teams.
The uni-level compensation plan typically will payout on several levels below the distributor, depending on his/her rank.
For example, new Nu Skin distributors who are just starting out may only earn commission on the sales volume of their directly sponsored team members or level one. Once they achieve a higher career rank, they may earn commission on levels below their directly sponsored team members. Future rank advancements may include additional levels of commissions earned farther down their sponsor tree.
