In an attempt to improve the menswear industry and produce luxury clothes at affordable prices, the creative brains behind J. Hilburn have opened a huge door of possibilities. They have decided that it's finally time to stop wearing ill-fitted clothes and start wearing custom-made clothes that actually fit you.

As a result, their company now operates with a direct-to-consumer model which involves having Personal Stylists come and help you with your perfect fit and style, as well as a 90-Day risk-free Fit Guarantee. From now on, men will be able to wear custom and handcrafted shirts and suits without spending a fortune! In addition to this cutting-edge selling model, J. Hilburn also offers business opportunities for all stylish and motivated people out there to join the team and become Personal Stylists.

J. Hilburn's Compensatin Plan Type is Unilevel

In the unilevel plan, which is used by J. Hilburn, all directly sponsored members who are recruited by the J. Hilburn independent distributor are placed under him/her into a single business level. Additional levels are then created as those sponsored members build teams.

The uni-level compensation plan typically will payout on several levels below the distributor, depending on his/her rank.

For example, new J. Hilburn distributors who are just starting out may only earn commission on the sales volume of their directly sponsored team members or level one. Once they achieve a higher career rank, they may earn commission on levels below their directly sponsored team members. Future rank advancements may include additional levels of commissions earned farther down their sponsor tree.

Considerations When Choosing a Style and Fashion Direct Selling Company

Customer Base for the Product - Although this should not be your only reason for joining, it should be close to the top. When choosing a fashion direct sales company, you should consider the products’ potential for profit. Pay attention to their clothing prices and quality because customers consider both before making purchases.

Brand Legitimacy - You should have done your research before you pick a company. This is especially true when the company is a new one. It is safer to work with large companies as they are relatively risk-free.

Compensation Plans - It is crucial to choose a company that offers a good business opportunity package. Although direct sales is not a shortcut to wealth, if you can work hard to build a large customer base, you should earn enough income. Always properly check the breakdown of their payment plan and business requirements before you decide to get started.

Startup Costs - You also need to consider how much you will initially invest in the company. Usually, you can determine the legitimacy of a direct sales company from their initial fees. Also, consider any additional monthly or annual membership fees that would be paid.
